Why You Go “Mmm…”

For the filling:

1 apple, cored and diced

1 Tbsp. butter

1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 c. cream cheese

For the omelet:

3 eggs

3 Tbsp. milk

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

Whipped cream, for garnish (optional)

Cinnamon and sugar mixture, for garnish (optional)

How To Consume Properly:

1. Sautee the apple in the butter in a skillet over medium heat until the apples are tender. Add the sugar and cinnamon and mix around for a few minutes. Finally add the cream cheese until just soft. Remove from heat and transfer the apple mixture to a bowl. Set aside.

2. Beat the eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Pour the egg batter in the same skillet used to sautee the apples over medium heat. When cooked on one side, flip it and place the apple mixture on half of the omelet. Fold the other half over.

3. Transfer onto a plate and garnish with whipped cream and the cinnamon and sugar mixture, if desired.

4. Eat and make another one.
